Greetings! I am Yutong Feng (冯雨橦), a dedicated researcher passionate about the data science and advanced technology. I am currently a PhD student in the School of Computing (SoC) and a Research Assistant at the Institute of Data Science (IDS) of the National University of Singapore (NUS), where I am advised by Prof. See-Kiong Ng.

My academic journey began at the Guangzhou International Campus of South China University of Technology (SCUT), where I studied Microelectronics at Junde College (峻德书院). I later completed my MPhil in Data Science and Analytics at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) [HKUST (GZ)] within the Data Science and Analytics (DSA) Thrust, where I was advised by Prof. Yuxuan Liang at CityMind Lab.

My research focuses on three interconnected themes:

  • Spatio-Temporal Data Mining: using models such as STGNNs, Transformers, and other advanced network architectures to identify spatial and temporal dependencies in data, enabling more effective solutions for problems such as urban development, resource scheduling, and scientific discovery.
  • Urban Computing: leveraging heterogeneous urban data from traffic sensors, satellite imagery, and human mobility to model complex city dynamics and build data-driven solutions for next-generation urban challenges, with a particular focus on emerging areas such as the low-altitude economy and sustainable urban development.
  • Foundation Models for Spatio-Temporal Data: exploring the development of large-scale, pretrained models for spatio-temporal data that generalize across tasks and domains, enabling capabilities such as few-shot learning, uncertainty estimation, and open-ended reasoning for diverse scientific and urban applications.

valkyrie-b240-linux ★ 1

2026.09 · Python · GTK4 / libadwaita · DRM/KMS · hwmon · DKMS

Unofficial open-source Linux (Ubuntu) driver and tools for the Valkyrie B240 AIO liquid cooler.

  • LCD monitor panel: drives the cooler’s 2” LCD directly over DRM/KMS to show clock, CPU/GPU temperature and load, pump/fan RPM, and RAM/VRAM usage.
  • Cooler control app: GTK4 desktop app to set the pump, radiator fans and six system fans to BIOS auto, fixed speed, or a drag-to-edit temperature curve.
  • Safety guards: minimum pump/fan speeds, full speed at 95 °C, and automatic fallback to BIOS control if a sensor fails or the service stops.
  • One-step install: sets up DKMS kernel drivers, systemd services and udev rules, and works around an out-of-bounds bug in the display driver.
